IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Click on the ONLINE ENROLLMENT button below.
  2. Fill out the form with your name, email address, and YOUR CLIENT’S legal name and email address. 
  3. Then click the BEGIN SIGNING button at the bottom of the form.
  4. Go to your email inbox to retrieve your signing validation code, copy it, and paste it to access the enrollment application.
  5. Your client’s name, email address, and the EFFECTIVE DATE will automatically fill in for you after completing the enrollment process.
  6. Ask your client to find the email from DocuSign in their email inbox and click the REVIEW DOCUMENT button.
  7. Your client must answer the 3 Suitability questions and click to sign the application, terms & conditions, and the Statement of Understanding pages.
  8. Click the FINISH button.
  9. You, your client, and True Freedom will receive a new email from DocuSign with the FIELD ISSUED CONTRACT for record keeping.
